Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Contracting party

Your contracting party is B4T Distillers UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Breite Straße 17, 57076 Siegen, Germany, represented by Managing Director Björn Bach, registered at the Local Court of Siegen under HRB 13589, VAT ID DE364987416.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Age verification

Spirits are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 or older (§ 9 German Youth Protection Act). By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age. The carrier may verify your age on delivery.

Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. All prices include statutory VAT and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide. Please note that spirits are only handed over to persons aged 18 or older.

Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers have a two-year period for claims for defects from delivery of the goods.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
