1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses. The version valid at the time of the order applies.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button you place a binding offer to buy the goods in your basket. We immediately confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation of receipt is not yet an acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract is concluded only when we send you a separate order confirmation (acceptance) or when we dispatch the goods.
4. Correcting input errors
Before submitting your order you can review all entries in the basket and checkout at any time and correct them using your browser and the editing functions provided (change quantity, remove item, go back). The order is only binding once you click the order button.
5. Contract text and contract language
We store the text of the contract and send you the order details by email. You can also view your order in the confirmation email at any time. Beyond that the contract text is not accessible to you on our website.
The contract can be concluded in German or English. In case of doubt the German version of these terms and of the withdrawal instructions prevails.
6. Age verification (18+)
Spirits are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 or older (§ 9 German Youth Protection Act). By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age.
Delivery is made against a binding age check: the parcel is handed over in person only after the carrier has verified an official photo ID showing an age of 18 or over. Delivery to a safe place, to neighbours or to minors is excluded. If the check fails, the parcel is returned to us; the return costs are borne by the customer.
7. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the shop and in checkout and are added to the price of the goods.
For our bottles we state the unit price per litre in addition to the total price.
8. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant bank transfer). Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the respective payment service provider.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver within Germany only. Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide, excluding packing stations, because of the mandatory age check.
Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.
10. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
11. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our withdrawal instructions.
12. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers have a two-year period for claims for defects from delivery of the goods.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
14. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
